Rich mellow and complex spices with delicious hard toffee and ginger, milk and honey, berries and ground coffee beans.
Palate
A full bodies rich opening to the palate, whipped cream and soft fudge, sweet shortbread and crushed almonds, some milk chocolate and peach melba, waffles and maple syrup, with a rich and elegant mid palate that soon interchanges with soft spices and treacle toffee.
