Description

This Karuizawa 1999 is a single cask bottling (cask #872) distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2018 by La Maison du Whisky as part of their Artist range. This particular release is the 10th Anniversary International edition, featuring labels designed by Singaporean artist Warren Khong. It is a limited edition of 313 bottles, bottled at cask strength without chill filtration or colouring. Karuizawa distillery, established in 1955 and closed in 2011, was known for producing robust, full-bodied malt from Golden Promise barley, often matured in sherry casks.
