Description

A former Highland distillery, Lochside was constructed in 1957 and operated until 1992. This 1965 17-year-old Highland single malt, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for their Connoisseurs Choice range, is described as a sublimely fruity whisky with luscious, old school intensity, fruits, wax, oils, and touches of chocolate and spice. It is often referred to as the 'Springbank of the north'.
