Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy is a prestigious Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, named in honor of former Master Distiller Barry Crockett. First released in 2011, this annual expression is crafted at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Ireland, using a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple-distilled in copper pot stills. It is matured primarily in American bourbon barrels, with a subtle contribution from unseasoned new American oak, resulting in a complex and elegant whiskey.
