Crisp and fresh, with sweet melon, passion fruit, and waves of American oak. Notes of vanilla, apples, pears, stone fruit, baking spices, butterscotch, toffee, and honey.
Palate
Wood spices, white pepper, and clove lead to a peppery boiled sweetness. Very elegant, rich, and full-bodied, with vanilla creme brulee, crisp orchard fruits, and a dense mouthfeel.
Finish
The peppery sweetness fades to a smooth, clean, and elegant long-lasting aftertaste, with lingering stonefruit, spice, and a creamy mouthfeel.
