Description

The oldest operational distillery in Speyside and a picturesque site located in the town of Keith. Founded in 1786, it is today part of the Chivas Brothers division of Pernod Ricard and makes important contributions to the company's blends as well as its own single malt brand. This particular bottling is a rare and exceptional vintage 1964 49 year old Strathisla Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky, matured in a first fill sherry butt and bottled in 2013 by independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail under a distillery label in a limited edition.
