Finish
Long, drying, sweet elements and dried fruits fade, fresh fruit lingers (apple, peach), drying oak, baking spices, smokiness slowly fades, pinch of cocoa powder, leather-like savoury note, cinnamon, anise, wisp of peat smoke.
